Organizational structure: |
Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors from throughout the District who are nominated by members of the general public at the AGM. The Board hires and monitors the performance of the Executive Director. The Executive Director hires the Administrative Assistant and monitors her performance. The two management personnel then hire the workers and monitor their performance, as well as those of any volunteers. |

This varies annually. The general public may purchase memberships at a cost of $5.00 for an annual membership card, which grants them the privilege of voting in the Board of Directors at each Annual General Meeting, held in June of each year. The members have to be residents of the Rainy River District. |
