The charity trustees are responsible for the general control and management of the charity. The trustees give their time freely and receive no remuneration or other financial benefits. The trustees meet together as a body quarterly and are responsible for all decisions taken in relation to running of the charity and it's activities. to assist in the smooth running of the charity the trustees have volunteers that help them oversee certain aspects of the charity's work. The volunteers are currently set up for financial,project fund raising and day-to-day management and report back to the trustees with their recommendations. The member's meet monthly in meetings as a members group and also with trustees at separate scheduled meetings. An assigned trustee will oversee the volunteer meetings. |
