Mission statement:	CUFCE.pcu.edu operates primarily as an Evaluation and Assessment Institution of higher education within the State of California Educational System. CUFCE conducts online examinations for academics of those taking Free Online Classes listed at CUFCE web site and provides equivalency. CUFCE determines if accumulated credits fulfill the requirements for graduation with a baccalaureate, masters or doctorate degree. CUFCE provides testing as well as course by course evaluation for licensure, immigration, and transfer credits to any regionally accredited colleges or universities in the U.S.A.
