Mission statement:
1-Tring to improve the sport levels to contribute to positive development of society and growth of talents and promotion of physical and spiritual capabilities and realization of health and happiness and strengthening of the friendship and understanding basis and promoting scientific sport in the world. 2 - Helping to representatives and members in all countries in order to strengthen its position as the executive of the Federation and organization to equip all members over the years. 3 – Taking the necessary measures to strengthen the position of the representatives and members through assistance, education, support and protect their common interests. 4 - Working with organizations whose objectives is to promote the sport around the world and communicate regularly with committees, colleges, councils, organizations and associations affiliated to the Federation. 5 - Creating solidarity in all activities and members across five continents, with the slogan of health, peace, dignity, respect and equality in the world. 6 - Holding all technical and scientific courses based on the yearly calendar of the federation in order to develop and promote that have been announced to members in advance and in cases of any changes and implementation of a new program, the members will be announced in two months before the event . 7 – Issuing international coaching rules of the style for qualified people and those passed international scientific, practical and relevant lessons. 8 - Issuing the rules and technical for lines and belt of Kung Fu Toa 21 based on technical regulations in 21 steps from one to twenty-one lines. 9 – Presenting scientific researches by an instructor in one of the annual congress which have been approved by the Federation and successful defense are among the main requirements and mandatory issuing rules and encyclopedia of Kung Fu Toa 21 after passing required courses and tests based on related procedures. 10 - Arranging all acts, congress and fighting and etc which are valid under the jurisdiction of the Federation, in accordance with the constitution of the Federation. 11 – Recognizing the statutes, and the goals of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Sports Accord and Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) by the Federation and its members 12 - Recognizing WADA as the main reference for anti- doping policy by the Federation and its members 13 -Strengthening ethics in international level through anti-doping policy, education and development in order to practice the doping -free sport to protect athletes’ health. 14 - Preparing a list of doping drugs and banned methods in sport and offer it to members in order to get familiar or avoid them and promotion and coordination of research in fighting against doping in sport in scientific and international congress of the federation. 15 - Developing and implementing training programs, gathering and data and the latest scientific and sport findings to educate members in order to promote athletic goals and maintain the health and well being. 16 – Holding international technical and scientific training courses for members by using the available facilities in person and online. 17 - Compiling and publishing books, journal, articles as well as sport, cultural , scientific and art quarterlies related to sports and Kung Fu Toa 21 . 18 – Holding scientific and practical coaching trainings courses and giving scientific and technical tests 19 – Holding congress, scientific and sport conferences by delegates and members in their own countries and regions after consulting with the federation, In order to continue their activities, Federation can ask the members to pay for joining fee and annual fee and ask for financial help from various organizations and also can accept donations
