    Organizational structure: L'Assemblée Générale des organisations de la coalition nationale (GCAP - Burundi)est organes suprêmes des décisions. Elle est la base de notre action et de coopération et devrait, jouer un rôle clé dans l'élaboration des messages politiques, des stratégies d'intervention qui reflètent des contextes locaux. Sa délibération est requise notamment pour les matières suivantes : - Approbation de l’adhésion et exclusions des membres; - Approbation du Budgets; - Approbation des rapports; - La dissolution sur propositions de la coordination régionale; - La fixation des frais des cotisations; Elle se réunie en séance ordinaire sur convocation du coordinateur Nationale ou sur proposition de la coordination régionale et de 3/4 des organisations membres de l’assemblée générale. La coordination nationale qui est géré par un coordinateur nationale sous la supervision de la coordination régionale. Il géré et administre quotidiennement le GCAP-Burundi, il met en exécution tous les décisions de l’assemblée générale Il peut créer autant de commissions techniques pour l’accomplissement de la mission de GCAP -Burundi Le Conseil de surveillance qui la prérogative de : - vérifier et de contrôle la régularité des comptes et conformités des activités et des programmes; - Présenter un rapport y relatif chaque fois dans un assemblée générale; - Proposer des orientations en matière des exécutions et des programmes et gestions financières de GCAP - Burundi. - Les commissions thématiques Ils sont charges d’exécution ou mise en œuvre de projets et des programmes de leurs commissions sous la supervision de la coordination nationale. Les structures nationales peuvent soutenir Les efforts de renforcement des capacités des coalitions locales ou des bases.
