    Organizational structure: CCC is governed by 7 Executive Committee (EXCOM), elected from members. The executive body is employed 38 staff members including advisors, and interns. At the senior management consists of five staff including an Executive Director and a Head of Program, a Head of Operations, a Head of Communications and Member Development and an Advisor. At the technical level, CCC will employ 34 staff based on the following three components and supporting unit and in accordance with requirements of work and available budget. 1)- Governance &Professional Practice (GPP): Seven staff members, including one manager, and one advisor are being employed for this component. They will be responsible for promoting good governance and professional practice and effectiveness within NGO sector through promotion and application of standards of good practices and voluntary certification system (VCS). The team will finalize the guidelines for small and community based organizations (CBO) to guide them how to develop and run a good organization. 2)- Research and Learning (R&L): This component will have six staff members, including one manager. It will be more on producing evidence based research studies on CSO contributions to development of Cambodia, global movements and national laws, policies and strategies that impact CSO roles and contributions. It is also consolidating diverse research findings and sharing them which can be used to influence the thinking, policies and practices of policy makers and practitioners in all sectors. The team also will facilitate capacity development on governance professionalism and accountability integrating GPP tools, Istanbul Principles on CSO development effectiveness, community participatory action research. The team also provides coaching and mentoring to applicant NGOs to implement the recommendations made by the GPP. 3)- Coalition Building, Advocacy and Networking (CAN): This component puts more embraces on enhancing harmonization and effectiveness within CSO sector in Cambodia, promoting enabling environment, and local democratic development through inclusive partnership and right based to development approaches. Four staff will be deployed for this component including one manager, one officer, one intern and one advisor. 4.a)- Operations and Organizational Development (OOD): This component consists of nine staff and it is a supporting structure, but important to deliver the commitments made in the program goals. This unit is about ensuring effective human resource management, sound and sustainable financial management, internal governance, and compliances. 4.b)- Communications and Member Development (CMD): It is cross-cutting over the three components, and supports the foundations of all the work done by CCC/GHP. Key elements of this unit are membership support and development, communications and public relation, NGO database and publication, and information communication technology. To achieve these, this component will employ six staff members. CCC also host Working Group for Partnership in Decentralization (WGPD) for 2015-2017.WGPD will have three staff to work for it. The team will work closely with Executive Director in consultation with the WGPD Steering Committee. The team will have their own work plan.
    Number and type of members: CCC is a long well established and deeply respected coalition of 160 both international (INGO) and local non-governmental organizations (LNGO) who are working across different sectors in the whole Cambodia. Since 1990, it has played a unique role in strengthening the cooperation, professionalism, accountability, governance, and development effectiveness of the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) working across diverse sectors in Cambodia.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: As a long and well established membership organization, CCC have a strong and good connection from both local, national, and regional as well as global CSOs sect.
