    Organizational structure: The supreme body of NGDO Platform is the Members’ Assembly. It is an approving and decisionmaking authority, it may elect and withdraw members of NGDO’s bodies. The Board of the NGDO Platform ensures the fulfilment of duties and objectives of the Platform. To ensure an effective work of the NGDO Platform a Secretariat has been established. Statutory body of the Platform is the Chairman/Chairwoman and the Executive Secretary. The Control Committee is the control body of the association. The Control Committee shall control whether the economic principles of the association and the obligations of the members derived from the Articles are duly observed. Working Groups are formed on the basis of the decisions taken at the Members’ Assembly Meetings.
    Number and type of members: The Slovak NGDO Platform is an umbrella organisation of Slovak NGOs active in the field of development cooperation, humanitarian assistance and global education. Currently it has 32 members.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: The Slovak NGDO Platform is a member of CONCORD.
