Organizational structure: |
RET Germany e. V. is an independent German organisation, registered in Berlin since 2015. It is led by the President & CEO, Ms Zeynep Gündüz who is also a member of the board. The five board members meet four times per year in RET Germany's headquarters in Berlin. The leadership under the President & CEO is comprised of the Chief Operations Officer, the Chief Strategy Officer, the Finance & Administration Manager and the Chief of Staff. Overall, RET Germany employs approximately 750 staff members worldwide, with country offices in all countries of operations and separate project offices/staff for the various projects.. |

RET Germany currently employs approx. 750 employees worldwide. Nearly 100% of RET Germany's staff in each country of operations are local staff with only very few expats operating regionally (10 staff members in the regional office in Ankara) or from headquarters in Berlin (12 staff). |
