Mission statement:	Developing rural entrepreneurship by emphasizing the role and economic performance of rural areas; creating a capacity and promoting the level of knowledge and operability of rural entrepreneurs considering relative and competitive advantages of rural areas; developing ideas and beliefs that may improve rural culture and attitude; facilitating the procedure of converting rural entrepreneurship ideas to rural economic institutes emphasizing green jobs; increasing public cooperation to achieve sustainable rural development; improving dynamism among residents of rural areas in order to increase rural productivity and performance; providing rural entrepreneurship facilities and infrastructures in accordance with local potentials and opportunities; sharing knowledge and experience among rural entrepreneurs and other entrepreneurs; developing social entrepreneurship to facilitate rural development; empowering rural economic institutes and creativity competitions among them; creating and identifying appropriate markets to present rural products.

Organizational structure:	TAKRA Board of Directors has 10 members. Mr. Abolfazl Mirghasemi is Chairman of Board of Directors and Ms. Leila Taheri Fordoei is Managing Director of TAKRA NGO.
Number and type of members:	Number of Members of TAKRA is about 32 people. 9 out of them are board members. 3 are administrative staff. The rest are volunteers and are active in different running projects or cultural events.
