The Board of Administration of eohr is composed of 15 members elected by the members of the General Assembly. The first Board of Administration is appointed by founder members through the General Assembly for a period no longer than 3 years. Membership of the Board of Administration is for the length of its session, 6 years. A third of its members are re-elected by ballot every 2 years to replace those whose membership has ended. Upon the ending of the Board’s session after 6 years the General Assembly convokes the election of a completely new Board of Administration. |
