1.GENERAL MEETING (AGM) AGM is the highest body of SEGP. The AGM meets once a year. Its objectives are to deliberate and approve policies, rules and regulations, budgets and incomes, annual reports of activities and expenditures includes audit report as well as elections of leaders. 2. Executive Committee (Board) The executive committee is elected by members during AGM. The current executive committee was elected of 6 members. As leaders and office bearers they serve a period of 4 years and reviewable for the same post once for two terms. The composition of the current executive committee is as follows: - Chairperson: MR.Abbas Hasani - Vice-chairperson: Tadei Mwacha - Secretary General: Mr. Lumona M. Kibore - Three members: 1. Mrs. Bernadeta Sana 2. Mr. Ramadhani Issa 3. Hamimu Rukara 3. The Secretariat The secretariat of Social Economi and Governance Promotion Centre (SEGP)is made of employed staff and is made of the following members: - Secretary General: Mr. Lumona M.
