    Organizational structure: The organization is governed by a Board of Trustees and Advisory Board. The day to day running of our organization is done by a board of directors who takes directives from the board of trustees. The board of directors has their sub-ordinates which are the heads of department who ensure that each department carries out their mandates. The heads of department also oversee the activities of project officers and staff. The different departmental staff/officers carryout activities and report to their heads of department who in turn report to the board of directors & then board of trustees during their bi annually general meetings. Our organization also have opportunity for volunteers who most often times work with different departmental staff
