Organizational structure: |
Freedom Foundation has a hierarchical organizational structure. At the top of the hierarchy is the Board of Trustees. Next in the line is the Executive Committee and then the Executive Director who reports dirctly to members of the Executive Committee. The Executive Director is assisted by four different units (development; finance; human resources and administration; research, monitoring and evaluation) in the provision of support to the organization's programs and projects. Each of these units is headed by a Unit Manager/Coordinator. Next in the hierarchy are the programs' directors, followed by programs' manager and then the programs' officers. Lowest in the hierarchy are the programs' assistants,office assistants and other support staff such as cleaners and cooks. The unit managers report to the Executive Director and programs' directors. Likewise, the program directors also report to the unit managers and the Executive director. Each of the units have officers that report to the unit managers |
