    Organizational structure: The BoD is responsible for the Decision making. The BoD is been elected every 2 years by the General Assembly, that includes all the Institute’s Members. The BoD meets regurarly and not less than quarterly.
    Number and type of members: - 1 in U.K. - 1 in Cyprus - 32 in Greece Our Members include Research and Universities Institutions, Public Utility Companies (Public Transport), Private Companies (Mobile leading operator in Greece), Motorways, UK based companies and scientists and editing companies (car press magazines). The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Assembly.
