    Organizational structure: The decision making level is headed by the board of directors which is constituted by seven people, under whom the executive director falls. under the executive director are the monitoring and evaluation officer, the finance and administration manager, programmes coordinator, projects documentalist and the gender officer. The finance and administration manager supports the administrative secretary, the projects accountant, the assistant accountants, the branch officers, the field officers and the office assistants. Under the programmes coordinator, falls all programme officers in the organization.
    Number and type of members: The board of directors has seven members including the executive director, programmes coordinator and finance and administration manager; composed by four women and three men, with the youth constituency being represented by a young woman and a young man. The programme officers are five, supported by five field officers totalling to nine persons at programme level. The divisional field facilitators are twelve facilitating at the grassroots. There are four accountants in the organization two at the head office and two at the field office; the gender officer, two administrative secretaries; two security persons, two office assistants and one person on internship. The entire organization has forty one (41) members.
