    Year of registration: 1999
    Organizational structure: groundWork is a Trust headed by a Board of Trustees who guide the organisation to ensure that the Objectives are met. The Board of Trustees meet four times annually guided by the groundWork Trust Constitution. Decision making within the organisation: The Board of Trustees are the ultimate decision makers within groundWork. The Director has overall responsibility for decision making within the organisation.
    Number and type of members: The Director is assisted by the Deputy Director who make up the Staff Management Team. The management team consisting of the director, responsible for overseeing and participating in the campaign implementation and reporting and the deputy director: finance and administration, responsible for financial administration and reporting as well as managing the staff and office. The remeinder of the staff is made up of 3 campaign managers including, Environmental Health, Air Quality and Waste. All are supported by a research manager. All are supported by an office manager.
