    Organizational structure: In the organization, the highest authority is the National Convention or Annual General Assembly to which the National Executive Council subscribes, which is made up of the Board of Trustees in charge of all assets and the Board of Directors or the Governing Council in charge of Administration. All Officers are under the President and the General Administration with the Departments is under the Secretary who reports directly to the President.
    Number and type of members: 350 individuals and 2 representatives of 20 affiliated groupings made up of women groups, agricultural and transport co-operatives, community based, faith based, micro-finance and farmer based organisations giving a total direct membership of 390.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: United Network Against HIV and AIDS in Africa, Ghana HIV and AIDS Network, Health and Nutrition Network in Africa, Coalition of NGOs in North Tongu District, Liberia-Ghana Chamber of Commerce, Moringa Oleifera Farmers Association
