    Organizational structure: A democratic spirit pervades the decision-making structures and methods of operation of ESERC. The Board of Directors operates strictly on democratic principles. Beneficiaries of ESERC projects are indirectly involved in making decisions that determine the focus and the nature of ESERC projects/ activities. They are also directly involved in the execution of such projects because of the participatory approaches.
    Number and type of members: STAFF ESERC currently has six permanent staff, eight associates and six volunteers. BOARD OF DIRECTORS There is established for ESERC a Board of Directors.Members of the Board are vision bearers of ESERC. The Board is the executive governing body and comprises seven members.
