Organizational structure: |
The organisation is managed by an Advisory Board which is the highest management level and oversees all affairs. The advisory board is made up of four Trustees and three senior management team (Executive Director, Programme Director and Accountant). The organisation functions today with five (5) permanent staff and two volunteers (temporary staff). |

The organisation presently has about 200 multi-disciplinary members comprising environment, health, development professionals and others who share common interest and concern for sustainable development for the mutual benefit of the environment, biodiversity and all human kinds. |
