According to Chapter IV of its Statutes, ONCE Foundation’s organizational structure is articulated in: 1) Governance and 2) Management and Administration bodies. The Board of Trustees is the governance body of the Foundation and is composed by 43 members. The management and administration bodies are: The First Executive Vice Chairman and the General Management. |
