    Organizational structure: According to Chapter IV of its Statutes, ONCE Foundation’s organizational structure is articulated in: 1) Governance and 2) Management and Administration bodies. The Board of Trustees is the governance body of the Foundation and is composed by 43 members. The management and administration bodies are: The First Executive Vice Chairman and the General Management.
    Number and type of members: 43 Trustee members (Board of Trustees): 22 proposed by ONCE (founding organization representing visual disability), 5 by COCEMFE (NGO physical disability), 5 by FEAPS (NGO mental disability), 1 by CNSE (State Confederation of Deaf people), 1 by FIAPAS (hearing disability), 1 by CONFEDERACIÓN ASPACE (cerebral palsy), 1 by FEAFES (mental ilness), 3 by CERMI and 4 freely appointed in accordance with specified criteria.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: In addition to the ONCE itself, as founding entity, the principal organizations for disabled people (COCEMFE / FEAPS / CNSE / FIAPAS /FEAFES /ASPACE) are present in ONCE Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
