    Organizational structure: the organization has board of trustees that provide leadership, The executive Director, Three Directores ie Director Administration, Accounts, Programmes and Monitoring and Evaluation. there are different units under the directorates that focus on different services. the Head office is siyuated in Kano State and we have branch offices in Jigawa and Katsina States well staffed and implement activities, In orther states were we dont have offices, we work in collaboration with other CSOs through Partnership and sometimes mentoring of smaller CSOs. we support government in implementing activities through collaboration or up scaling of intaventions. we use existing community structures and service providers by strenthening them to ensure ownership and sustainability
    Number and type of members: we have members drawn from our beneficiaries such as Traditional Birth attendants 485 Community Haelth extention workers 358 patent medicine Vendors 211 male motivators 532 Nurses 268 doctors 37 politicians 341 People Living with HIV/AIDS 374 youths (trained PHEs) 532 volunteers 186
