the organization has board of trustees that provide leadership, The executive Director, Three Directores ie Director Administration, Accounts, Programmes and Monitoring and Evaluation. there are different units under the directorates that focus on different services. the Head office is siyuated in Kano State and we have branch offices in Jigawa and Katsina States well staffed and implement activities, In orther states were we dont have offices, we work in collaboration with other CSOs through Partnership and sometimes mentoring of smaller CSOs. we support government in implementing activities through collaboration or up scaling of intaventions. we use existing community structures and service providers by strenthening them to ensure ownership and sustainability |
