    Organizational structure: The organization is leaded by a board of 7 persons named by the general assembly of members. There are two types of members: organizations and individuals. Members of the board are chosen among the delegates of organizations. The general assembly of members meets once a year and the board, at least twice a year but usualy 4 or 5 times.
    Number and type of members: Organizations: Over 20, from various sectors: international solidarity and cooperation, cooperatives, trade unions, academics, environmental organizations, etc.; Individuals: persons wanting to support GESQ goals.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Réseau intercontinental de promotion de l'économie sociale et solidaire (RIPESS); Association québécoise des organismes de coopération intenationale (AQOCI)
