Organizational structure: |
The organization is leaded by a board of 7 persons named by the general assembly of members. There are two types of members: organizations and individuals. Members of the board are chosen among the delegates of organizations. The general assembly of members meets once a year and the board, at least twice a year but usualy 4 or 5 times. |
