    Organizational structure: Estructura organizacional: La estructura organizacional esta compuesta por tres órganos, uno de dirección, uno de fiscalización y uno de apoyo, el de dirección lo encabeza la Asamblea General que esta compuesta por todos lo miembros de la Corporación, le sigue la Junta directiva, que es elegida en asamblea general, El presidente de la Junta directiva es el mismo Director General de la corporación, luego se trabaja en dos grandes áreas, la primera la Dirección de Gestión y la Segunda la Dirección de Administración. La Dirección de Gestión se enfoca en lograr el objeto de la corporación y cuenta con tres coordinaciones, la Coordinación de Gestión Ambiental, la Coordinación de Gestión Social, la Coordinación de Gestión Territorial y la Coordinación de Investigación, Innovación y Desarrollo. En la Dirección de Administración son las estructura de apoyo para poder funcionar adecuadamente, se encuentran las coordinaciones de Comunicación, Cooperación, Jurídico y finanzas. http://prezi.com/7b54yed4l5sb/organigrama-cesus/
    Number and type of members: Número y tipo de miembros: Actualmente la corporación cuenta con 18 miembros, de los cuales 5 son fundadores y 13 son socios, son jóvenes entre los 20 y 28 años, profesionales de áreas ambientales, sociales y administrativas y con miembros de posgrado en estudios de especialización y maestría.
