    Organizational structure: Member organisation elects Executive Board that works on advising and making policy and strategy decisions with the Executive Director implementing the policies and strategy. NCONGO employs an Executive Director, Programs Manager, Program Officer, Finance Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Program Administrator, Office Assistant, Driver, and Cleaner.
    Number and type of members: To date, NCONGO has a membership of 67 civil society organisations that fall under its five sectors: Conservation and Livelihood, Health and HIV/AIDS, Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs), Youth, and Gender & Disability. The members are Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Indigenous Peoples Organisations (IPOs), Community Based Organisations (CBOs), and Faith Based Organisations (FBOs).
