Member organisation elects Executive Board that works on advising and making policy and strategy decisions with the Executive Director implementing the policies and strategy. NCONGO employs an Executive Director, Programs Manager, Program Officer, Finance Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Program Administrator, Office Assistant, Driver, and Cleaner. |
