    Organizational structure: the organisation is made up of the board of trustees, then the president , that report to the board, and the tresury/secreatary as well as the program coodinator that report to the president respectively,. below the program coodinator we have field coordinators that monitor and report to the program coordinator, and then volunteerrs.
