Mission statement:	CHILDREN FOUNDATION AND PEACE DEVELOPMENT IS AN NGOA Based in ghana with the sole aim to build capapcity for women and children, at the same time see drug/alcohol abuse as a social crime which we have faced as an NGO to eradicate it and to deal with poverty eradication, the main aim is also to build capacity of the local, and offer training for women and men and women empowerment is very usefull tool for us. the forcus in line with all is for school and education for most of the children that work before going to school and this has affected there performance in school and that means the future is not bright and poverty becomes a most step for them to be part of.

Organizational structure:	the organisation is made up of the board of trustees, then the president , that report to the board, and the tresury/secreatary as well as the program coodinator that report to the president respectively,. below the program coodinator we have field coordinators that monitor and report to the program coordinator, and then volunteerrs.
