    Organizational structure: The IDHC is an association composed of a large number of members with different levels of involvement and financial support that contribute to making the institute a plural, independent and democratic organisation. These members are classified in different groups such as the Board of Directors, the Technical team, the founder members and the general members.
    Number and type of members: The Board of Directors is composed of sixteen members: The President, two Vice-Presidents, one Treasurer/Director, one Secretary, three Presidents of Honour and eight executive members. The Technical team is composed by seven members: a Managing Dierctor, an assistant director, a Head of communications, a Head of Educationand three scholars. The total number of members is 101.
