    Organizational structure: Established under the New York State non-profit law, Global Energy Initiative is run by the elected Board of Directors (currently 9 Members), which is responsible for the overall governance per the bylaws of the organization. The executive office, headed by the President is responsible for the implementation of the organization's agenda and is accountable to the Board of Directors.
