WRAHP is a women-led, data-driven organization that focuses on women and young girls and communities, this reflects clearly in our decision-making process. Women and young girls, who are the major focus of our work, make up for 86% of our management team and 88% of our operational staff with women occupying the top positions of Chairperson and Executive Director. This ensures a more inclusive and diverse decision-making process towards implementing our projects and achieving our goals. Historically, Men have had a hegemony on the discussion on women's issues leading to laws and practices that lack a female perspective and disadvantage women. By pushing for a women-led conservation, we have been able to successfully carry out projects that give priority to women and young girls in the community.the following are the members of the board.
