Organizational structure: |
The Board of Trustees (BOT) is the highest governing body of the organization. Then there is the Executive committee, chaired by the Director General, which is made up of the key Executive Managers responsible for the day to day operations of the organization. The Board of trustees delegates responsibility of day-to-day operations to the Executive Management and Committees. The Board of Trustees members appoint the Director General which is the principal executive officer of the Organization responsible for the supervision and management of all the activities and affairs of the Organization. |
