The (ACN Foundation) Alebe Collins Foundation is structured as follows: -The BOARD OF TRUSTEES (BOT). (08 members) chaired by PRESIDENT -The EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (EC) (06 members) Head of various departments which is responsible for the daily management of the foundation and its annexes. This coordination direction represents the Institution in all acts of civil life. -THE DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE (DC) (09 members). Board of Trustees are; President: Mr. ALEBE .U. COLLIN Vice-President: Mr. ADEMOLA .A. VINCENT General Secretary: Mr. GIDEON ARIOBE Asst.General Secretary: Mr. OJORA ADIO RAHEEM Treasurer: Mrs. NNANDI N. NGOZI Financial Secretary: Mrs. ALEBE E. PEACE Publicity Secretary: Mr. ALEBE O GEFFERY Auditor: Mr. ONYEMEH CHRISTOPHER The Board of Trustees comprises all the duly registered members and it is the supreme decision-making body of the foundation. It lays down all the rules that govern the foundation. The Board of Trustees meets once a month and for any of its decisions to bind on all members, it must be taken by at least 2/3 of the registered members. The Executive Council is made up of the different Heads of Departments and is responsible for the daily running of the affairs as prescribed by the Board of trustees. The executive council is composed of(6)Head of Departments. The Disciplinary Committee meets and takes decisions in strict application of the laws of the Organization governing all its members. The Committee meets at any time when and issue is at stake. |

There are four (4) types of members: - The Founding Members: People who participated in the creation of the foundation and helped in drawing up the Constitution. - Active Members: People who voluntarily adhere and honour all financial obligations and participate physically in meetings and gatherings of the foundation. - Honorary Members: People who support the foundation in various ways and suggest enriching ideas to foster growth. - Statutory Members: People who naturally are beneficiaries of the contributions made by others and the donors. They are the widows, less privileged, the destitute and other vulnerable children in and out of the foundation. The foundation receives new members on a regular basis but as of now new members are 212. |
