Description of the membership of the organization, indicating the total number of members: The BOARD OF TRUSTEES (BOT). (08 members) chaired by PRESIDENT - The EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (EC) (06 members) There are four (4) types of members: - The Founding Members: People who participated in the creation of the foundation and helped in drawing up the Constitution. - Active Members: People who voluntarily adhere and honour all financial obligations and participate physically in meetings and gatherings of the foundation. - Honorary Members: People who support the foundation in various ways and suggest enriching ideas to foster growth. - Statutory Members: People who naturally are beneficiaries of the contributions made by others and the donors. They are the widows, less privileged, the destitute and other vulnerable children in and out of the foundation. The foundation receives new members on a regular basis but as of now new members are 212.
