Organizational structure: |
Lidè Foundation (LIDE) has a USA based Board of Directors as well as a Haiti based Board of Directors which serves the projects in Haiti. LIDE also has a Youth Advisory committee made of representatives from its programs for adolescent girls. Its Executive Director is based in Haiti but works beyond that country and region on behalf of the organization. Lidè's leadership team in Haiti includes the E.D., a deputy in-country direction, Education Coordinator, Logistics Manager, and Office Administrator, as well as additional program coordinators. All of these role also serve in project/field work. However, inputs for decision making filter upward and laterally, as needs and ideas come from the Youth committee, facilitators, coordinators as much as from those in programmatic leadership positions. Priorities observed by those in field carry great weight in decision making. |
