Mission statement:	ACDI is an organization committed to develop all the dimensions of the person. Its mission is to be an actor in the development through the design and execution of cooperation projects that promote social and economic sustainable development in rural and urban areas. Based on its statute, ACDI activities are oriented to: • Promote a culture of work and solidarity for the complete development of person and social groups • Promote and carry out activities and initiatives that benefit the community solidarity in order to solve economic necessities, as well as educational, health, social and cultural ones. • Facilitate the creation and to promote the development of economic-productive structures that generate work and solidarity through technical assistance, legal and economical advice, and connections with financial institutions, and also business and scientific and institutions. • Organize and promote the development of congresses, symposia, courses, seminars, conferences, and at the same time the publication and broadcasting of books, magazines, journals and brochures related with these activities. • Establish relationship with public and private entities related to the aims aforementioned. • Keep an exchange with other cultural, educational and health care institutions from its country or aboard. • Promote and carry out activities that contribute to solve health, housing, educational and social problems, favouring the most deprived sectors. • Promote and carry out not only scientific and technological researches and activities, but also publications related with topics.

Organizational structure:	ACDI is an association established according to Argentinian laws. Its governance is leaded by a Board of Directors and monitored by two Trustees. In the operative field, ACDI has two executive directors who manage its different programmes and areas. In particular, its activities are concentrated on three programmes (Education, the Environment and Jobs) and four complementary areas: communication, fundraising, information and communication technologies, and administration.
Number and type of members:	Nowadays, ACDI has 22 associates. Every two years, during an ordinary meeting, 5 of them are named to constitute the Board of Directors, and two other associates are named as Trustees.
