    Organizational structure: ACDI is an association established according to Argentinian laws. Its governance is leaded by a Board of Directors and monitored by two Trustees. In the operative field, ACDI has two executive directors who manage its different programmes and areas. In particular, its activities are concentrated on three programmes (Education, the Environment and Jobs) and four complementary areas: communication, fundraising, information and communication technologies, and administration.
    Number and type of members: Nowadays, ACDI has 22 associates. Every two years, during an ordinary meeting, 5 of them are named to constitute the Board of Directors, and two other associates are named as Trustees.
