Mission statement:	The e-learning platform, plagahip programme will give African youths access to multiple streams, allow for the development of novel innovations -whether that be an app, website, game, or something else entirely- that helps address long-term challenges following the COVID-19 pandemic. It will be organized under the banner of the United Nations and in partnership with distinguished global partners. In the spirit of “for youth, by youth”, the organizing committee will include distinguished young leaders. It will further assemble distinguished partners, media, and personalities for maximum visibility
