    Organizational structure: AGUISIL est administré par deux organes qui sont: l'assemblée générale et le conseil d'administration. l'Assemblée est l'instance de contrôle et de décision de l'ONG. Elle se réunit en session ordinaire deux fois par an. Elle peut cependant siéger en session extraordinaire chaque qu'il est nécessaire. Le conseil d'administration est l'organe exécutif dont les membres sont élus par l'assemblée générale cet organe est composé de 7 membres.
    Number and type of members: 120 personnes participent aux actions de l'association. l'Association se composent de plusieurs catégories socio-proféssionnelles et de quatre nationalités des pays de l'espace Mano.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: AGUISIL est affiliée au conseil national des organisations de la société civile et il est partenaire à l'union des ressortissants Sierra Léonais résidents en Guinée
