Mission statement:	Promouvoir les échanges socio-économique et culturel entre les pays de l'espace Mano. Au plan social, il s'agit de: - lutter contre les tracasseries policières sur les différents corridors transfrontaliers par la sensibilisation des usagers, des syndicats de transporteurs et les forces de défense et de sécurité; -de combattre toutes les formes de corruption liées au commerce transfrontalier des stupéfiants ainsi qu' à la circulation des armes légères, -Plaidoyer pour le droit de résidence et d'établissement des migrants au sein de l'espace Mano. Au plan économique et culturel, soutenir l'intégration effective des économies des pays membres par l'organisation itinérante des foires agricoles et commerciales accompagnées d'un carnaval culturel.

Organizational structure:	AGUISIL est administré par deux organes qui sont: l'assemblée générale et le conseil d'administration. l'Assemblée est l'instance de contrôle et de décision de l'ONG. Elle se réunit en session ordinaire deux fois par an. Elle peut cependant siéger en session extraordinaire chaque qu'il est nécessaire. Le conseil d'administration est l'organe exécutif dont les membres sont élus par l'assemblée générale cet organe est composé de 7 membres.
Number and type of members:	120 personnes participent aux actions de l'association. l'Association se composent de plusieurs catégories socio-proféssionnelles et de quatre nationalités des pays de l'espace Mano.
Affiliation with NGO networks:	AGUISIL est affiliée au conseil national des organisations de la société civile et il est partenaire à l'union des ressortissants Sierra Léonais résidents en Guinée
