About the Organization
KALYANPUR SOUTH IMPRESSION WELFARE ASSOCIATION(KSIWFA) is a non profit
organization (NGO) IN West Bengal was incorporated on 29.08.2016 under West Bengal
Society Registration Act XXVI OF 1961. It is well known nationally for its commitment to
work with marginalized sections of the society who help empower them to attain a
dignified meaningful quality life. Our organizational goal is to empower the underprivileged
section of the populace and motivate and raise them to an ultimate goal of self reliance.
Over the last three years that organization has been working , has been able to reach to a
large number of weaker sections of people in the society specially women and children and
showed its seriousness towards the development of underprivileged people about their
qualitative behavioral change and approximately eighty seven thousand people had an
overall impact in this process in the area Baruipur, Canning, Lakhikantapur, Diamond
harbour, Sundorban etc based at District South 24 Parganas. It's bottom -up approach of
inclusive development has changed lives of many and has let the path in sustainable
development . Some of the programme organization emphasized namely-The rural
Women's Child Education Programme and Mother and Child Health care programme ,
itself covers around 18767 children daily from different community back ground , in the age
group of 5- 16 years through its special remedial education project . Under Community
Development Programme Through Women's there has been impact on the lives of around
16985 women through women empowerment programme , 40000 villagers through
Environmental Interventions and 2500 families through Rural Development And
Sustainable Agriculture programme . Apart from this Kalyanpur South Impression Welfare
Association (KSIWFA) NGO, has a full -fledged Skill Up gradation Programme which has
converted 6560 of youth into skilled and self- reliant members of the society. We are doing
joint venture work also with others networking partners organization . |
