    Organizational structure: The Foundation shall be directed and administrated by a council of administration formed by 6 (six) regular members which charges shall be: President, Vice-president, Secretary Assistant Secretary, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer: therer will also be elected two temporary members. All of them who are in charge of their offices in the Council may be indefinitely elected, provided that the communion of each one of them with the ethic and moral principles, goals and purposes that have give origin to this Foundation, lasts.
