Mission statement:	The Foundation shall have as purpose the defence and diffusion of the principles, purposes, and warranties known at date, by the Charter of the United Nations as to reaffirming the fundamental rights of man, their dignity and the value of the human person and of every living being and the equality of the Rights of men and women and the big and small nations, fulfilling as a diffusion entity of same, of the International Treaties and of the agreements that contain them, specially those of the Universal Declaration of the Human Rights, and to be a consulting and collaborating entity of said organisms and of those which received it participating in an active way in the programs generated by said institutions.- The Foundation, in compliance with its social objective may: a) Support and / or sponsor to all those entities that pursue similar pursue similar purposes carrying out every kind of actions in compliance with our objectives by any means of communication, being able, for all purposes, to produce the whole and / or part of the material to be diffused. b) contribute to the creation and / or collaboration of educational and researching entities in the whole levels of teaching and centers of integral training, through donations or any kind of acts, seminars, lectures, conferences, congresses, etc. in order to comply with the objectives established in this bylaws. c) To institute, promote, sponsor and negotiate the Granting of integral and/ or partial scholarships through donations or through the proper means that the Foundation may count on due to its different activities. d) To promote investigation, development and application in all related to the objectives of the Foundation, producing works and / or projects. e) To promote and/or support the development of centers, housing estates and / or poles of development, activities which Tend to achieve the access on one hand to a dignifled housing and on the other hand an efficiency within a community work, community constructions in which people may develop a set of activities which lead to a better life quality. f) To defend the environment and the ecosystem through the promotion of concrete actions tending to avoid its degradation and / or he destruction, annihilation, and/or extinction by any means, of social action, carry out any kind activity tending to canalize the objectives pointed out in this bylaws.

Organizational structure:	The Foundation shall be directed and administrated by a council of administration formed by 6 (six) regular members which charges shall be: President, Vice-president, Secretary Assistant Secretary, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer: therer will also be elected two temporary members. All of them who are in charge of their offices in the Council may be indefinitely elected, provided that the communion of each one of them with the ethic and moral principles, goals and purposes that have give origin to this Foundation, lasts.
