OUR GOALS ARE: 1) To be a defender and diffuser entity of: The Principles, Purposes, and Guarantees recognized, by the Charter of the United Nations, at the date of the Constitution of the Foundation, while it reaffirms: the Fundamental Rights of Humankind, their Dignity and the Value: Of The Human Person, and Of Every Living Being 2) To act as a diffuser entity of the: Equity of the Rights: Of men and Women and Of big and small nations. Of International treaties and of the agreements that contain them, specially those of the Universal Declaration of the Human Rights. 3) And to be a consulting and collaborating entity of: Said organisms and of those which received it participating in an active way in the programs generated by said institutions, to effects of tending to the building of the Culture of the Peace, through the awareness and development of the Culture of Truth, based in the hierarchial structuring of universal ethical and moral values, through the correct priority of them. Because of this, we have understood that: If we altogether make efforts towards a common aim, the edification of a better world, a world o Peace, IS POSSIBLE. And , if we are able to subject ourselves in order to achieve the diligent common welfare, certainly, the strategic wisdom will crown every stage of our improvement; so that what has been done with responsibility in sight of future generations, will be productive and show us the way to the efficient sustainable development of the whole mankind. Vergara - Argentina COUNCIL OF ADMINISTRATION SECTION 5º The Foundation shall be directed and administered by a Council integrated by 6 (six) regular members which charges shall be: President, Vice-president, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer; there will also be elected two temporary members. All of them who are in charge of their offices in the Council may be indefinitely elected, provided that the communion of one of them with the ethic and moral principles, goals and purposes that given origin to this Foundation, lasts. SECTION 6º. - The first counselors shall be named and their offices within the Council shall be named and their offices within the Council shall be established by the founder members in the Articles of Incorporation, taking into account their personal qualities and the communion of all and each one of them with the principles, goals and purposes which have given origin to this Foundation. They will remain in their offices 1 (one) year, with the exception of the President and Vice-president of the Council of Administration of the Foundation, which designations are life appointments. Once this term expired, the designation of the rest of the members of the Council of Administration, with the exception of the President and the Vice-president, shall take place every year by the former members of the Council at the corresponding annual meeting, following the same criterion that has inspired the designation of the founders counselors by simple majority and must count with the favorable vote of the two permanent members of the Council. |
