    Year of registration: 1993
    Organizational structure: World Federation of Ukrainian Women's Organizations Cngress is held every five years and elects a President and Executive Committee. European and South American Regional Vice President are appointed on a rotational basis every two years. A Board of Directors includes the Executive Committee, President of member organizations and Chairpersons of Standing Committees. Annual and Regional Conferences are held to review progress, discuss issues, plan activities and strategies. Standing Committees: Bylaw, Editorial, NGO Representation at the United Nations, Social Welfare, Financial and Ad hoc committees on specific issues.
    Number and type of members: World Federaiton of Ukrainian Women's Organizations consists of 27 member organizations representing 17 countries.
