    Organizational structure: The organization has a 6 member board 4 females and 2 males. There is an Executive Director responsible for the day to day running of the organization. There are three programme officers and one Finance and Administration Officer. Each programme has a programme assistant . The Finance Office has an accounts clerk. WAG has field officers in the districts we are working in. At community level we have Community Based Advocates who are responsible for the door to door activities under WAG.
    Number and type of members: Women and Girls. WAG sets up groups at community level who work with community based advocates. Our membership also include women's organisations. We have more than 1000 women we work with at any given time.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: AWID / ECOSOC/ Women's Coalition of Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe AIDS Network, Community Working Group on Health, Gender Links.
