The WSF, a 501-c-3 organization incorporated in the USA is governed by a Board of Trustees. The board consist of champion female athletes, prominent businesspersons, major benefactors and leaders of women's sports organizations who have fiduciary responsibility and set the direction for the organization. There is a staff of 15 that carry out the mission. |
