    Organizational structure: PAI's structure consists of a President & CEO and an Executive Leadership Team of a COO and VP of Finance. In addition, PAI has three Department heads for Programs, Communications and Development for a total staff of 25 people.
    Number and type of members: PAI has 25 staff members and are a mix of those who have advocacy and research technical expertise and administrative, HR and finance expertise.
