    Organizational structure: The highest authority belongs to the Board. The term of each board is two years. The executive council organizes the board meeting once a year. The Executive Council is composed by one President, several Vice Presidents, and several standing members. The authority of the Board is delegated to the Executive Council out of the period of Board meeting.
    Number and type of members: The society is composed of individual members, group members and guest members. Private enterprisers in Mainland and business people from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and the world at large, who are interested in China Guangcai Program, can apply to be members of the society. Provincial Guangcai Program societies and other non-governmental organizations aiming at anti-poverty projects can be group members. People from other industries but interested in promoting Guangcai Program can be guest members.
