    Organizational structure: he IBCR employs about 40 employees, as well as several consultants and interns working under two departments: - Department of Administration, Finance and Human Resources, which is responsible for the financial, logistical and administrative management of the organization -Department of Programmes and Operations, which is responsible for the development, monitoring, implementation and quality of projects within the parameters agreed with donors and the technical committee. The entire team reports to the Director General, who is the main guarantor of project implementation and the organisation's mission. An international Board of Directors composed of six women and five men oversees the direction and governance of the IBCR. Five coordinators provide direct liaison between headquarters and the satellite offices to ensure proper project planning and execution, proper management of human ressources, as well as material and financial resources, and technical and financial reporting. They are also responsible for the implementation of day-to-day short-term activities (such as collecting and analysing data, holding workshops, writing the report, conducting interviews and meetings with staff of ministries, UNICEF and other representatives). Similarly, each of the satellite offices is managed by a project manager, who is responsible for the smooth running of the project, its management and relations with partners. Experts working at the IBCR’s headquarters all have extensive experience in the area of protection of, training and capacity building, in child protection, gender and child justice. They are responsible for the review and quality of the deliverables produced by the field teams to ensure that IBCR institutional standards are met. They also take part in the IBCR Technical Committee and are responsible for coordinating the technical work of the Office's staff, including links between headquarters and satellite offices. Finally, they are also responsible for training staff on various themes. Finally, sectoral experts also work in the satellite offices with the mandate to produce training kits, training activities, national dissemination of the deliverables produced and direct relations with local partners.
