    Organizational structure: AIESEC has an annual turnover where its leadership body is democratically elected by its membership. The organization is present in 124 countries and territories and consists of over 50,000 volunteers aged 19 to 30 years old making up a central global office, 124 national offices, and 1,675 local offices.
